    This company moved me in September of 2022 from ********* in ********, **, to ******, **. They were for the most part a good company and helpful, however, the movers tried to move my baby grand piano in a way that would have damaged it. I ended up having to pay $150 more than they had told me in order for them to move it in the correct manner. My biggest complaint is that they damaged my mini refrigerator in such a way that the door would not close so it was no longer sealed. A leg on an antique dresser was broken off as well. I talked many times to the company over the time period of 8 months and submitted all the requested information to be reimbursed by their insurance company, but to no avail. I still have not received anything for the damage caused in my move last year and they have quit taking my calls or responding to my emails. I would not recommend this company for a move if there is anything that could be damaged, especially antiques.

    First let me say this was our fourth move with this company so obviously we were satisfied with all the prior moves. On this move from ***** ******** on August 31st the item I am complaining about that is damaged by the movers is the table top to the dinette set we bought in November 2021. All the new furniture we bought was still in perfect condition the day of the move. We are a senior couple in our mid to upper seventies and we take care of our property. Anyway the top was removed for the move by the movers. The furniture arrived in ***** on Sept 2, 2022 late in the afternoon. When they unpacked the table and reassembled the table top the screws protruded through the top in several places. I had no idea that happened that night because they put boxes on top of the table. It was on September 11, 2022 that the boxes were removed and I saw the damage. I immediately took pictures and sent to Bryan's Moving and his wife ****** responded on September 15, 2022 after I reached out a second time on September 14, 2022. I won't go into all the detail here but she wasn't too nice and accused me of threatening her. No threats whatsoever on my part. I have all our texts back and forth. On Sept. 17th she sent a text which said "I understand the guys knew, insurance does not go off hearsay. They have to know 100% it was not that way before we touched it." She said that about the guys because I told her they know they damaged the table. Then she practically accused me of being the bad guy as if I lied about this whole thing. That was unacceptable to me so I decided to fight this as far as I can. It is not the money because I can afford another table but they should take care of this if they care about an honest customer who hired them four times and recommended them to our homebuyers in ******* who also hired them to move them to our former home here in *****. I am running out of characters so I will try to send more to you differently.Thank you,***************************
