    I hired Pro Dependable Services (PDS) to swap out 2 refrigerators from my home to my rental property located at *** S. ******, Tulsa, on September 14, 2022. While moving the refrigerators at my rental, the movers dragged the heavy dolly across the floor and ripped the finish off of the top stair molding. The movers immediately called Joseph, the owner, and texted him pictures of the damage. I asked to speak to Joseph and requested that he file an insurance claim to take care of the damage. Joseph said he had a guy to fix the floor and didn't see the need to go through insurance. The following day, I sent Joseph an email and a photo of the damage as confirmation. After asking my tenant, I provided Joseph my tenant's phone number so he could coordinate the repair with my tenant's availability.

    A week later, the repair guy attempted to "paint" over the damage on the vinyl floor. I spoke to him on the phone and said this was not acceptable and would like the molding replaced. I instructed him that there was leftover flooring in the garage, which he could take to match the color.

    On September 30, I followed up with my tenant to make sure the repair was completed. I was advised that it was not. I immediately called PDS and asked them to get back with me on a resolution. Thereafter, I have contacted PDS several times and have never received a call back from them.

    On October 5, my tenant said that the moving company contacted him and said they were available to do the repair the next day, Thursday, October 6, but he wasn't able to let them in. My tenant asked me if I would be able to show up at the property and let them in to do the repair. I took Thursday off work to be available. I never received a call.

    This is coming up on a month since this happened. I am filing a complaint with BBB against PDS in an effort to get a resolution on repairing my property.
