    My grandmother, ***** *******, had new windows installed by this company in September. When the installer was putting in a window in the upstairs window, he cracked the glass. He stated that he had cracked the window installing it but he had already put in an order for a replacement and that the window panel would be in about 2 weeks. We received a call on or about October 8th that the replacement panel had come in and the installer would be out to replace it. He did not show up that week or call. My grandmother had been calling and could not get anyone to answer or call her back after leaving voicemails. I also called several times and left a voicemail trying to find out when the replacement would be installed. I finally got through the week of October 14th and was told that no one answered because the owner had caught COVID-19 and she didn't want the installer to bring COVID into our home. If he wasn't showing any symptoms by Friday, October 18th, we should expect him to show up first thing Monday, October 21 between 8 am - 10 am. If he was showing symptoms of being ill we would receive a call Friday to let us know that the install date would have to be pushed back. We never received a call that he was ill but he did not call or show up on Monday, October 21st. I called on Monday the 21st at 10 am to see if he was delayed and no one answered. I left a voicemail and haven't gotten a callback. I have called again today October 22nd and the phone is now ringing straight to voicemail. Their phone has either been turned off or I have been blocked. Still no word on replacing the window panel that they broke while installing it. We have already paid in full for these windows and the crack in the window has gotten bigger while we wait.

    This company came and measured for windows for our home. They told us 2 to 4 weeks. After 2 months We started calling and leaving messages the contract stated if they couldn't complete the job within 90 days we wouldn't be bound to the contract. We waited till after the 90 days and then hired another company to get the job done. They do not return calls. The owner said its lack of staff. Lack of staff isn't a customers issue. He called me telling me he is going to bill me for the materials. After he failed to honor his contract.

    Mrs. ******** is correct, It did take longer to get the windows i. than usual. Lack of staff was from manufacturer not my office. I did have contact with **** several times on the phone. We were never informed they cancelled their contract until I tried to set install date. I received rude message from *** saying she went somewhere else, Mr ****** called **** and talked to him, He said he would talk to his wife and see if they could just purchase the windows and have someone else install. Joe told him that would be fine and to please let us know. No one called so Joe called *** to ask what they had decided. She said she told us she didn’t want them. Our contract also states No verbal agreements recognized. I have no problem in not contacting them at all. An answer is all we were waiting on from ****. Now we can proceed as needed. Thank you for your help in this matter

    I ordered windows from AVDC on June 22. I was told these windows would be installed sometime in August. I was given a timeframe of "8 weeks" when I placed my order. 8,9,10 weeks came and went. I made countless calls and left numerous voicemails with no response. On three occasions the owner answered and I spoke with her. The first time was in early August. I asked how the windows were coming she told me great they were being delivered on the 21st and they would have them installed on the 22nd. Great! I wait around all day on the 22nd no call, no windows,no nothing. I try to get ahold of them for two more weeks. Finally get an answer. Im told they are not in yet they will be installed September 12. September 12 comes, nothing. So I call, wait, call, finally get an answer around 5pm. I am told I was never told September 12th. But I am now told my windows were "delivered today" (September 12) and she didnt answer my calls that day because she was unloading my windows off the truck. She promises the windows will be installed today Sept 15. So here we go third times a charm, I wait, call, wait, call, nothing. I am at a loss for words. I have no clue where to go from here. I can not get an answer I have left countless voicemails.

    This job was completed and Mr. ********** is happy with the job. Windows were held up at manufacturer. Unfortunately I can not control that. Mr. ********** was very understanding with the situation.

    I got replacement windows in July 27th of 2020 they brought one that was cracked with them supposed to replace it in 2 week and it's been 2 years they won't answer my calls please help me
