      we purchased the extended warranty and ended up selling the vehicle. I called to cancel the warranty and was told by ***** that we would get a $1400 refund. I received letters from Sharpknack and ASC that they didnt owe us any refund but the figures dont add up at all. I have provided the documents supporting my claim and am asking for the difference of the figures which should be approximately $675.

      This dealership is a joke - all of the branches. I bought in Sandusky. My Camaro was modified and I was lied to by Shane. It was NOT supposed to sound the way it sounded. It was illegally modified. The warranties they sell are not honored by other Chevy dealerships. I had a dealership reputable tell me what was wrong with the Camaro and Tom Sharpnack had to tow it from Oregon OH to Willard OH cuz it could NOT be driven per Dunn. They had it since 8/21, as of 9/1 still have it. I am paying on a car I have had in for service at least 3 times to Dave White, twice at Dunn. Now 2 weeks at Sharpnack, paying on a car I am not even driving cuz it is an illegally modified vehicle. Throwing sensors. A warranty that is not honored anywhere. And per ASC (warranty co) they will NOT honor it since somethign was modified on the car, it voided the whole warranty, so out that $$$ and I can't get a straight answer from Sharpnack. Yet they have my car. They are a joke! They say 'we don't use credit unions (Shane said) - but they didn't check , took them ALL DAY Saturday to do a simple finance, what a waste of a Saturday. Next time I will drive to Cleveland and get red. They were not all that professional, dressed pathetic, had no clue on what they are doing, then get him-hawed around. Now it is still 'waiting on parts' and yet... paying for a car that can't get an answer on. I wouldn't recommend buying from any of their dealerships if they were the last place on earth. I normally don't buy a Chevy product and if this is how it is... I won't buy again! Avoid these people. They are trying to make good but so far... haven't seen results except alot of blow offs. Sent a few emails, even the ones from the warranty co, now they aren't replying to me from the forward messages from them. They are hiding now. Save yourselves ALOT of heartache and stress... don't go to these dealerships in Sandusky or Willard. Trust me!!!!! They sell lemons.
