Called him on a Wednesday and he comes out and quotes a price of 1500 for materials (800 fence. 700 deck) to build my fence and deck and agrees to come out and have everything done Friday. Friday comes and he tells me a 50% deposit is needed for the work and I send 1900 dollars to him and he says they will be out at 12pm. I text him for about 16 hours straight and he finally sends me my money back. I ignore the red flag and rebook him to build my fence and send him half for the fence on Sunday to be built the following Friday to order supplies and be ready to build. I follow up on Thursday and he says everything is good to go.

Friday comes and he’s not responding to texts again and ignoring calls. I get a text late in the evening with a screenshot showing ****** will deliver the materials on Monday and a price of 400 dollars, hes marked up the materials 100% for ****** to deliver the products to my home directly.

Construction begins late Monday and He proceeds to call me and tell me ****** delivered the products incorrectly. He will be back in the morning to finish the job. I look at the receipt he sent me, he ordered the products incorrectly getting 2 foot 2x4” instead of 9 foot 2x4.

Next day he comes back and completes the fence. He rebuilt my neighbors fence and did not do the job I hired him to complete. He was to destroy the previous fence and completely rebuild with the posts inside my yard.

There are left over picket fence that were supposed to have been used to rebuild the fence entirely that he tells me I can return or keep because it’s my money and he’d refund me if I did.

I returned the fences and text him the receipt showing it and for the next 3 days this guy has completely ignored my calls and texts. I planned to let everything above go and just call it square but this is where I drew the line. The guy doesn’t have a hint of honesty or trustworthiness in him. He will be late for every single time he sets.

I paid a deposit of $2,225 to Isaiah **** on July 1,2023 to replace my AC unit. The balance was due upon completion of the project. Mr. W*** has never installed my AC unit. He gave me several dates that never came to fruition. He brought over two window units to serve as a temporary remedy until he could get the unit in. After a month he still hadn’t showed up. He told me he couldn’t get an AC subcontractor but that he was working on it. He has not responded to text messages since August 2023.
