    This business is owned by *********** ********* He made the statement living in *********** ** . His business card. I called sensible air as my Air conditioner went out he came out and fixed it however it broke back down the next day. I called sensible air again took 2 days to call me back. Finally he came back and attempted to fix it again. I called him again and again it took 2 days to call me back only to charge me again I was charged for each visit. I came home and it was out again. My house was 94 degrees I found 2 of my cats deceased and a 3 one the next day I called him and it took 3 more days to get back to me again. He came out to my house and got it running again only for it to stop the next day. He told me to just put a new unit in I asked about the outside unit which he only cleaned and not checked. I asked for a estimate he said over 2700$s for inside unit. I refuse for the simple reason he didn't check the outside unit. I put a 300$ discount for future maintenance he did not show for that either. I made several phone calls left messages text messages email it's been well over a month. I would not recommend *********** ********* by any means. He promised me that he would send me a check for a refund I didn't receive that either. No return calls email or text messages from *********** *********.
