First time using the company. Technician arrived within stated time frame. I mentioned an issue that previous technicians said was not an issue. After inspecting, she showed me the moisture leak had worsened since the A/C ck-up by the previous company and was rusting the metal, potentially damaging the control panel below. She also noted a previous tech used glue on the pvc pipe to prevent the leak which he should not have used. It will be fixed properly after necessary parts are delivered. I recommend this company.
