      Every year, it is something. I have ordered cookies from Cheryl's every year for YEARS for my client holiday gifts and every single year, something happens. Ten orders were placed on November 28, 2023 for December 11, 2023 delivery. One of those was not delivered by December 11. And I have (had - I am cancelling it today) the Celebrations Passport. One client reach out and asked if I had sent her cookies because there was no card, only reaching out because she knows I have sent to her in the past years. Contacted CHAT customer service (don't ever do that, BTW) twice today. Asking why the one order wasn't delivered on time and to confirm the gift messages for the ten orders and what the message said so I would know it to be true. Gave me one gift card message (the only one I know had one) and then would no longer respond to the chat. This happened both times I reached out today to "Analyn" in the chat, which I'm sure every chat is named, "Analyn" as the live agent. Analyn was named both times today and both times disregarded my request to confirm gift cards were included and what they said, not to mention the non-delivery of one order on time. Have called customer service asking for an email address for CEO, a snail mail address after they wouldn't provide that, and no one from it seems non-US customer service representatives even understand what I am asking. I'm over it and done with order thru Cheryl's. Too frustrating to hear any thank you message from people who don't even know I sent the gift. Customers are my livelihood. I would think yours would be too.

      They have a scheme at this business. They messed up on my delivery date. When informed they said they can neither change the date or refund. I requested they chose which could be done. They told me neither less than an hour after the order. It wasn't until I threatened to send the entire conversation in text to my bank for fraud, that they canceled. This to me is fraudulent business practices

      Sadly disappointing. Not what their advertisement shows. Seems deflated, like it is missing 1/3 of the product. The product appears to be other candy companies products re-wrapped. Reeses peanutbutter cups etc. Could not recommend this rather expensive "cookie basket" due to quantity and appearence of gift.

      Totally disappointed in this company to not follow through with their agreement on discounts or promo codes! Was told I would receive a discount and I was charged full price! Buyer beware!

      Rick, We are very sorry the discount did not get applied to your order. The agent did apply it but it did not go through. I see there is a dispute in process so I am unable to issue a refund for the discounted amount of $14.98. We have to wait for the process now through the financial departments of PayPal and us. I'm sorry for your inconvenience.

      I have ordered from Cheryl's in a few occasions and have always been pleased so when I needed to send a special gift to a friend and needed it by an certain date I looked up Cheryl's and it confirmed it would be received by the date needed so I ordered, seemed to be on track but when I went to see if it had been delivered as expected I was stunned to find out that it hadnt moved and said there was no delivery date. I called Cheryl's and was told it would be now 5 days later than expected. Sadly I will rethink using Cheryl's because usually it's for a special occasion and if it can't be delivered on time I will need to find a new place.

      Michelle, we are sorry your item didn't arrive when you anticipated it would. In checking the order the delivery said it would be between 11/15-11/20. According to the tracking it arrived on 11/18. This information should have been on your confirmation when you received it. Regardless, I have refunded your shipping so you should see the credit in 5-7 business days. We apologize if there was a misunderstanding about the delivery date.

      I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Cheryl's, and I cannot emphasize enough how deeply disappointed and frustrated I am with their service. I would give ZERO stars if I could. I placed an order for a birthday gift with a specific delivery date. I chose this company because of their advertised fast delivery. To my utter disbelief, when I checked the tracking details on the supposed delivery day, I found that the item hadn't even been shipped yet. No advance notice, no communication – just a shocking display of incompetence on the part of Cheryl's. Upon reaching out to their customer service, I was informed that they were out of stock for the item I had ordered. It's astounding that an e-commerce company in the business of gift delivery could fail so miserably to manage their online inventory and, even worse, neglect to notify the customer of this critical issue!! This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for customers' expectations is not only infuriating but entirely inexcusable. My friend's birthday was ruined, and I was left to scramble to find a last minute gift which ended up costing SO much more. I strongly urge Cheryl's to reevaluate its business practices, prioritize effective communication, and take responsibility for the consequences of its actions. I expect nothing less than a swift resolution to this matter and sincerely hope they take measures to prevent other customers from enduring a similar ordeal in the future. Do not order from this company.

We should have contacted you to let you know we had to substitute the item as inventory was out of stock and that we had to substitute a similiar item. We also should have expedited the gift so it arrived on time for the birthday. We have looked at the breakdown in this process to assure it will not occur again.       Sooo sad-your frosted cookies have carrageenan in them! That plus all of the coloring additives are cancer causing ingredients that have no place in our food supply! Your frosted cookies were thin and way to soft-more like a fall apart cake which were inedible due to the ingredients. Nothing about your offering was worth the price and a bad deal to boot! Never again will we order from this company!

      I think this company is deceiving their customer showing one product, advertising it as a bow and go with a really nice box and including a $10 gift card for a future purchase. But beware that's not what you get. Ordered 12 boxes for Christmas which all came in flimsy non Cheryl's looking boxes as shown like the nice boxes and not a single one had a $10 gift card in it on it anywhere . Called customer service the first time and had to hear screaming children in the background which wasn't okay with me as I was already upset . Could not get a supervisor . I asked that 12 gift certificate cards be mailed to me so that I could gift these for Christmas , and they said that was not possible . Still waiting for the problem to be rectified on December 27th 2022 when they said it would be taken care of by December 22nd . Horrible horrible customer service . And the cookies are at least 25% smaller than they used to be , with an increase price . Try to call corporate office in Ohio and the numbers been busy for 2 days straight*
