    I would like to start off by saying my experience for this patio job was HORRIBLE! We started off with the job with excavation of the area, where the Contractor *** performed the job on Saturday May 24, 2025. Upon completing the job he then realized he took to much dirt from the area. He discussed with my significant other who also works in construction that he took too much dirt and when starting the patio what will need to be done to level the patio. After my significant other spoke and listened to him, he decided to inquire on the amount he will charge to complete the 12x16 patio. *** then provided an estimate of $3,500 and he can get the estimate sent over. Thursday May 28, ************************************ my email for $1890, we paid the deposit plus the fees for paying the deposit through the website. I sent emails for update on when the work will be completed because the timeframes they provided each time no one COMMUNICATED or showed up! I then requested a refund on July 8th, they showed up on July 9th again not the estimated time they said they will be here, performed HORRIBLE WORKMANSHIP THAT IS DOCUMENTED ON CAMERA, I emailed the very next day my dissatisfaction, to be told they will need my permission to come back on my property for and site inspection, when the Contractor *** is who performed the work in the first place. I provided my time frame of July 17. Due to their busy season scheduling they can come the week of July 24th. ITS BECAUSE OF YOU VBS IN THE FIRST PLACE OF THE POOR WORKMANSHIP YOU ARE AGAIN DELAYING MY SUNROOM INSTALLATION AND MY POOL INSTALLATION EVEN MORE
