    Buckeye Building Solutions, LTD has failed to complete a renovation project at *** ******* *** ********* **** ***** in a timely and satisfactory manner. I entered into a contract with the company on April 2020 to renovate this property. I have paid over $68 thousand dollars. I paid for the majority of materials for the project. There were long delay periods between work being done. The company would ask for a draw for the next task of work without completing fully the prior task. The work still outstanding or not properly done, are the electrical, plumbing, flooring, basement windows, door installation, garage, attic extension, and other areas. Much of the work will have to be redone in order to pass the city of Columbus code inspection. Buckeye Building Solutions, LTD said via email that they would complete the project by December 2022. This was when I made my last payment to them. I sent out an email to them on December 2022 questioning the completion. I sent out a demand letter on February 13, 2023 to the company requesting a final completion date. The last I received a response from the business via email was on February 24, 2023 that they would get back to me on Monday February 27, 2023. I have not received a response and the work is still not completed. This project is now going into three years.
