  This has been the best company I have worked with by far. Jason has come out to our house multiple times to help with numerous issues! He is quick and great with his work! I will not call anyone else for plumbing or any other issues for that matter. He can fix anything. From my family to yours, thank you Jacobs plumbing!

  Jason I stalled a bathroom for me in 2019. He estimated the job at $4,000 but kept asking for more money. After I had paid him $4,500 he wanted another $1,000. After I told him that I would give him another $500 because he went over budget he came out to complete the job. When ge did he damaged me freshly painted wall and he loosened the toilet so it would leak. Recently discovered this and it rotted the wood in the floor and the dry wall in my basement ceiling. I will be seeking legal advice from my attorney as to my recourse. He may be paying my repair bill.

  We have been long time customers of this company. On 3/17/25, we contacted Jacob's Plumbing due to a possible clogged drain outside our home as well as a sink faucet that was spraying water (the faucet being the least of my problems). We received a text from the receptionist, Mrs Jacobs, stating that he would be out on Tuesday, 3/24/25. We told her that would be fine. On that date, we received a call stating he was tied up and would get back to us by the end of the week, which would have been around 3/28. We received no correspondence. With heavy rains and storms coming on 3/30 we called/texted again and were told they would get back to us. No correspondence received. On Tuesday, 4/1, we heard from the receptionist, Mrs Jacobs, that he would be out to our house on Wednesday, 4/2. Once again no show and no correspondence on 4/2. After more rain on 4/2 we now have standing water in our basement ruining the flooring. We will have to replace flooring at our expense. This would have been prevented with promised service calls on 3/25 or by the end of that week as promised. Very unprofessional! Do not recommend!

  Jason not only came out and diagnosed my issue, but the next day he came out and replaced my tank less water heater with a new Navian tankless. Quick, clean, and very professional. No other plumber needed to call. Jason can fix it all.

  Jason was recommended to .e by my daughter. He came out the same day I called and diagnosed and fixed in minutes a problem with a shower that I had been trying to deal with for weeks. He was very personable and his price was VERY reasonable. I'll be using him for plumbing services from now on!

  Jason is the best. He's been our best plumber for at least 5 years. He's prompt, knowledgeable and does a great job. We remodeled our house with different plumbing upgrades. He has helped us so many times I can't count. My husband and I highly recommend him.

  Jason has went above and beyond for my home. Water heater went out and was under warranty for parts. He did some testing to see if it was a simple fix. Once he realized it was more complicated, he called Rheem and handled the parts ordering for me. Parts did not fix the water heater so I had to replace. He replaced all the lines that we installed incorrectly from previous owner, used all copper pipe and deleted old pipes that were not useful. Re-installed heater cap properly so carbon monoxide would not leak.
  Very professional and on time with appointments. Was kept up to date with all work done and price for 2 days worth of work was very reasonable. He even fixed my draining problem with my bathtub, was a quick fix. Very knowledgeable and almost like a perfectionist. He has earned my business from now on and I won't be calling anyone else for plumbing problems

  I found this plumber via some warranty work done on my house. I have since used them faucets, garbage disposal, hose bibs, and today a water heater. From the simplest job to the more expensive ones, they have been fast to answer and arrive, quick to do the work, slowly and thoroughly explain my options or what work they have done, and then completely clean up when they go.
  I cannot imagine a better experience with a tradesman &/or business, and I cannot imagine me doing business with another plumber. . This is the kind of business that gets a permanent magnet on the fridge.
