    They were quick to come out when our a/c quit working. It was back up and running in no time. I am disappointed that we were told during a scope, our heat exchanger was bad and needed replaced. After getting a second opinion, there is nothing wrong with anything in the furnace. $4800 saved.

    During a recent heat wave my AC stopped in late afternoon and in a panic mode I called Keaton Korte to ask for help. He arrived early the next morning and checked the AC to make sure it would remain functional. He said it must have needed a rest following the 100 degree weather we were having. We turned it on and all systems were “go”! Our AC is very old and is in a difficult position in our home and Keaton reassured me that he already had a plan for a replacement whenever I saw the need. He is honest and fair and so reliable. I highly recommend Korte Heating and Cooling!
