    2/22 reached out to One Souece for an estimate for landscaping. He came out to give us a estimate. Half of the project was due before he would begin the job. 3/30 $1400 was paid in cash and on 4/18 $1400 was paid in cash. Owner said if we paid in cash we wouldn't have to pay taxes. I requested a receipt. One receipt was written to us for $1400 on 4/15. 4/18 requested the total amount in a receipt but he didn't have his book with him. Contacted him on 4/7, 4/14, 4/15, 4/18, 4/24, 4/27, 5/2 on trying to get him to give us a time and date for the project to be started. He kept telling us in a few days, in a few days. When we canceled the project he hadn't purchased any materials and was already going to be a month late from the project date. I requested a refund of our deposit of $2800 and provided him a Venmo and PayPal QR codes for an easy refund. This was on 5/4. 5/6 we requested the money again and asked for us to pe paid within 1 week. He is not responding to us via phone, text or FB messenger. We want our $2800 back.
