  I’d give them a no star if possible. Horrible, dishonest, scam. ***** magazine promoted a $49.99 ad so they came out. That only covered so much so they ended up charging over $700!! The first 2 pictures are AFTER the tech was done. Called the office and both Melissa and Debbie said they’ve had a ton of issues with Robert. They apologized and would send out a different tech the following week. Joe was much better, but look at pictures 3 and 4. This was considered complete. Plus Joe reviewed my original invoice and said I was overcharged over $300. I sent multiple emails to the owner Kevin M****. He responded to smooth things over, but when it came down to the refund for the over charges, I would get a call from Debbie daily saying that she apologized Kevin didn’t respond the day before. He’s been extremely busy and would call later that day. When I emailed Kevin to say I would be filing a complaint with ***** magazine, BBB and the attorney general, he responded via email that he’s been so busy and would call me later that day. 3 weeks later and still no resolve, never have spoken to Kevin or his wife Amy, no refund, no response. DO NOT hire this company, do not call this company. I should’ve read the reviews before contracting them, I’m urging you to do your research!

  ***************** who prays on the older folks in the community. Have coupons showing 69.99-89.99 came in spouting black mold. It was not. There are environmental precautions that must be taken if it's black mold. No pictures and conned my Mother out of 900$!!!!!!!! The owners are more worried about enjoying their vacation than losing their business. I'll be contacting the attorney general today, the BBB, and every single social media outlet I can find! THIS COMPANY IS A DISGRACE!

  I called KleenAir Solutions after another company failed to show up the day before. They were able to come out the next day. We used the $69.95 Reach Coupon with the common sense knowledge that there were going to be additional charges. Who really thinks a skilled contractor is coming to their home for 2-4 hours for less than $70? ****** was our tech, and I cannot recommend him enough. He arrived on time, was courteous, and was a very hard worker. Our home was probably one of the worst he's had to deal with. 5 dogs with 2 cats over 20+ years, our ducts were filthy. He busted his **** to make sure everything was clean. I watched him send the spider hose down the duct, then he looked inside with a flashlight, didn't like what he saw, and did the duct a second time. He actually had to clean the filters in his machine outside because our ducts were so bad they clogged up the vac. After reading some of the reviews on Yelp, I was honestly worried I had made a mistake. I was prepared for the tech to walk around and give me an estimate, and if I didn't like it, I would send him on his way. We have a Bi-Level home with 9 vents, 3 Main Trucks, 5 Returns, and 1 Air Handler. The estimate was $285. As a contractor myself, I felt like this was a very fair price, and I authorized the work to be done. There was zero pressure to do any of the addons like Deodorizer, Moldicide, or the ** system. He explained them all and we did decide to do the deodorizer treatment, and he gave us 1/2 off for that. At the end of the job, he cleaned up, we paid the agreed upon price and he left. We could not be more happy with KleenAir Solutions and I recommend that you consider asking for ****** and waiting an extra few days to get him to work on your home.

  They take advantage of the elderly! Please avoid this company!
