    Booked a big friday fun package on their website for a birthday party, which clearly states you will have access to a party room from 5:00pm-8:30pm along with unlimited access to the inflatables during your party. It also clearly states on the website that they are open until 8:30pm on Fridays. We received a confirmation about the party after booking on the website. We called two days before just to confirm and ask some last minute questions about the venue and what we could and couldn't bring. Midway through our party they inform us that we only have the room until 7pm because they close at 8pm. So according to their website and what we paid for we were shorted an hour and a half on the party room. They also closed off the inflatables just before 7pm so we lost an hour and a half on the promised inflatables as well. The goods and services that we paid for through the website which clearly stated everything were not what we received. Would recommend staying far away from this place and make sure you get it in writing. There was no communication from them until day of halfway through our party. Talk about stressful.
