      I do not recommend this company. We weren't happy with their workmanship and they did not honor their 5-year workmanship warranty that was printed on the contract. Poor chimney flashing, poor skylight flashing, poor drip edge installation and didn't install the GAF shingles according to the GAF installation specifications. Three professional roofers came to look at our roof after their job was done and all three said the roof needs to be redone to be correct. And Quality Exterior of Holmes County put a mechanics lien on my property after I stopped payment on their check because they wouldn't fix the issues and said we gave them an insufficient check....two years later, and we're still in litigation over our roof.

      We disagree with this “review” and have e-mails and other documents that establish otherwise. With respect to the workmanship warranty, we have attempted on multiple occasions to visit the property to address the alleged issues with the homeowners. To date, we have not been permitted to do so due to the actions of the homeowners.
      Any contention that the check made payable to Quality Exteriors was cancelled because Quality Exteriors refused to address any alleged issues with the work is false. In fact, the check was cancelled shortly after we offered to inspect/examine the work in a good faith effort to accommodate the homeowners.
      We are not aware of any other contractor who has inspected the work and concluded that our installation was improper and/or that the entire roof needs to be replaced. We previously offered to arrange for a neutral third-party to inspect the work and to accept his/her findings with respect to any potential repairs and/or credits, but this offer, for unknown reasons, was rejected by the homeowners. All reasonable efforts , including engaging in a private mediation, have proven unsuccessful with these homeowners.
