    We hired *** Goodman on 3/9/2021 to install a privacy fence around our entire backyard. He refuses to finish it due to him wanting more money. He has been paid $5500.00 for the fence he partially installed, doors he installed on some other house. And he received a loan from us when his tools were stolen. We had to delay things temporarily due to issues at the rental property and Wills bad health. We need the backyard secure so our dogs can go out and play. The gate is not secure. When contacted *** had excuse after excuse. He came out and started the gate repair and he made it worse. We had other jobs lined up for him as he was great the first time he did repairs for us. This time was completely the opposite. I didn’t want a partial privacy fence I wanted it completed. Please help me out.

    July 10th, 2022 was when he came out to repair he started but it’s a hot mess. He left and came back and then left never came back. It has been long drawn out mess. Covid hasn’t helped the situation. Things are a mess

    On August 8, 2022, Rob Goodman of Goodman Handyman Services/ Goodman Construction agreed to redo a bathroom shower that had not been properly installed. He agreed to tear out the existing shower walls; install new tile and shower door in the MB shower area; to install new floor tile in the guest bathroom for a total of $2500.00.

    On August 25, Mr. Goodman received a final payment of $500.00 bringing the total amount paid to $3,000.00. A $300.00 charge for miscellaneous work cited by Mr. Goodman and $200.00 gratis given by homeowner was included in final payment. Within an hour of agreeing that the debt had been satisfied, Mr Goodman sent a text message indicating he thought, “u would pay me a little something”. The following day another text was received from Mr. Goodman’s office manager ******** ****** expressing discontentment with the final agreed payment. Subsequent to his requests I continued to receive harassment texts and billing invoices for an additional $405.00. I made every effort to explain that no additional work had been requested of Mr. Goodman that was not included in the original agreement. The work brought to Mr. Goodman’s attention were items that were noticed durning my final walk through that were not completed satisfactorily.

    One other item in dispute included a closet door knob Mr. Goodman took upon himself to install without any prior discussion or request on my part. After the door knob was installed the door would not close properly.

    Mr Goodman had a habit throughout the installations of asking for more “cash”.
