      We have multiple places where they did not put the siding so we have wood showing we also have all the trim around the doors they didn't put nails in or they only put one nail in there are gaps everywhere .not to mention they cut down my lilock bushes from my moms funeral I planted and they broke my grandmas old wooden wishing well and didnt even say a word and anybody who comes to our house says it looks like c*** it's quite embarrassing .yet we've told them and ask them to come out and look at it. They refuse to come out . they LIED to us they said they would be with US during the whole process. they are Liers do not trust them. They sent a van load of Mexicans that didnt speak english worth c*** I dont care what or who you are as long as you can do your job properly. .they blew the breaker when they pulled off the front light ..my husband helped them rewire back in .cause they cut the wires to short ..I have pictures to back up everything I'm saying .or the house itself .I really just wanted my house to look nice .I've worked hard my whole life .I've had some health issues I thought it would be nice to live in a nice looking place ......I should have just left it as it was...or called someone else ..because .. now I'm unhappy. and I have to live with it because they refuse to come and fix it properly and I have a payment so I cant pay someone else to come and fix ALL the mistakes that were made ...PLEASE dont put yourself through what were going through call someone who cares..these people DON'T.. This was the office out of fortwayne Indiana .I really thought they were good people ..when we talked to them .they made it sound great .But the reality is that it's not ..and I'm sorry for anyone who has to go through this..And i will be praying for the people who run universal windows direct because i feel bad for anyone who thinks it's ok to do a really crappy job take people's hard earned money and be able to live with themselves.
