I signed a quote for the company to raise my canopy, remove dead branches. They came and took one branch, and thats all they did. I have contacted them, they said they would have the crew come back out to finish the job. They still have not come back, and when I texted the owner asking for a day they were coming back, I never received an answer. It has been over a week since the original work date.

We happily accepted this job and before start of it we knocked on door to ask what needs to be done, got told so and proceeded to do the work of which was asked. After we did what was asked and before we left, we knocked on the door to confirm and the customer was satisfied and happy with our work so she paid us as the job is completed, but apparently it wasnt in anothers eyes who lives in the house hold in which I unfortunately cannot help with the fact I have a busy schedule of my own, once my company had time even if it was a month from now we wouldve done it simply for customer satisfaction.
