    I left Macallen Tx, tornado bus terminal. Everything was going good until, I got home. I left on 6th of August and got home on the 7th. As soon as I walk into my door, I noticed I don't have my right luggage. I call the bus terminal in Macallen @10:30 pm , 9:30 there. Because I'm in Toledo Ohio. I let them know, the luggage I have is from a lady from here on a permission request visa. I was told from the supervisor from Nashville that when the bus got to Detroit Michigan, that the young girl made a big fuss that her luggage was not in the bus and she decided to take mine. That she told the bus driver, well you gave her my luggage I'm taking hers. The supervisor in Nashville has done his best to locate her but to no availe . I have been calling Nashville for an update but they keep hanging up on me. I have been saving money all year and I fo down South to see Mother and shop. I had all new clothes and, jewels. And shoes. All I want @this point is to get compensation for the clothes and my luggage being lost. I have even emailed a CEO but no one is helping. I want to make a report and get compensation.My Mother is 83 yrs old and I have to return next month, she has gotten sick. And I have No Clothes. No luggage. You are my last help because I am being Ignored Now . I don't know what else to do. I will be returning her luggage to the bus driver when I return back to Texas. Because I have a good heart. But the bus driver was not supposed to let her take my luggage period. Thank you for your help.
