I ordered the portobello mushroom ******** eggs poached HARD. Fiancs breakfast comes with two eggs he added a third &ordered extra crispy Johns. Food came out, my eggs were RUNNY not poached HARD. He got 2eggs not 3 his potatoes look like mash.. so my fianc says he will just do the Same meal as mine only difference is he will take his eggs poached soft instead of hard. owner says she is going to the kitchen and going to talk to the kitchen and make sure it comes out correctly. So we wait another 20 minutes. Our food comes out a 2nd time My eggs were not perfect but I was going to deal with it until I looked over at my fiancs plate and realize hes got a long dark hair mixed in his food before he even touched his plate.. At this point Its been a hour and we are really trying to give them the benefit of the doubt because things happen. So after the waitress takes the plate with the hair on it The owner walks up and says I been busy theres a lot going on proceeds to look at me and asks me did I even try my food.? My fianc explains the hair in the food situation and that my eggs are wrong again and even if my food was ok we shouldnt have to eat at different times because of their mistakes. She Says ok., We said we know things happen and we will order our food again, she put the order in and another 20/25 minutes we get our food for the 3rd time. Not only are my eggs wrong AGAIN, My fianc has ANOTHER hair in his food. We ask for the owner once again she comes to the table with the nastiest attitude and my fianc explains there is yet another hair in a new plate after we have sat here over a hr and a half. She replies we arent going to be able to serve you today.? Im absolutely flabbergasted this is really how you handle your establishment. You keep making mistakes and we are trying to work with you and tell you we understand things happen and all you can say after 2hairs and almost 2 hours of a extra terrible experience is that we cant serve You
