      we paid $32 and got a flatbread turkey sandwich that was pathetic, our server megan did not ask us if we needed anything, and when i got up and told her we need a bunch of stuff response we " oh i didnt know" her job is to ask us if you need anything. not sure whats going on at scramblers but im considering not going there anymore and not going out to eat period ! unless i get a full refund ... i dint even mention the rude lady on the phone and the 30 min wait.

      This customer sent a complaint from our website on 12/6/22. See attached.  On 12/6/22 we sent the customer a reply. See attached.

      Our operations team did a full investigation at the restaurant upon receiving the complaint from him on 12/6/22. Our investigation found inconsistencies in his complaint.  You can see from the attachments that we kindly thanked him for his time, feedback and help and assured him that we have addressed his concerns with the staff and management of this location. While we understand that our guests have a great many options from which to choose, and we strive to impress our guests so as to earn their patronage, we also recognize that there are times when a full refund of a guests meal is appropriate, but feel that not to be the case here.  We thank you for your attention to this matter and ongoing support to the small business community.
