    I am a current tenant with ongoing concerns that Capri Property Management continues to ignore. Despite repeated maintenance requests and communication, the following issues remain unresolved:

    My kitchen cabinets smell strongly of wet mold, and the odor clings to my food and belongings. This is unsanitary and unacceptable.

    I’m almost certain there is mold growing behind my toilet, which poses a serious health risk.

    My screen door has been broken for months, and they have yet to repair it.

    The sidewalk outside floods every time it rains, and during cold weather, it freezes into solid ice, creating a dangerous slip hazard they continue to ignore.

    I’ve made multiple noise complaints about my upstairs neighbor. Capri’s only response was to tell me to “call the police” instead of addressing the issue themselves.

    Capri shows blatant disregard for tenant health and safety. They neglect basic property maintenance, refuse to address reasonable complaints, and do not provide a livable environment. Meanwhile, management seems more interested in driving luxury G-Wagons than caring for the properties they profit from.

    To top it off, the one five-star Google review looks fake and scripted—yet another red flag.

    I am asking the Better Business Bureau to review this company for negligence, failure to maintain safe living conditions, and disregard for tenant well-being. Tenants deserve better than this.

    We are happy to fix any work orders. However, we do not have any outstanding work orders for this unit. Tenant needs to submit work order through our website and we will be happy to address all of the issues. The tenant lives in a unit directly underneath a townhouse (basically a basement.)  Every time tenant complains about noise, we have sent a letter. We sent so many letters that the tenant above them vacated. The tenant is now complaining about her new neighbor. We have suggested she move to a ranch style unit where there is no one above her or below her. Living directly underneath a townhouse will make for noise in the lower unit.  Tenant is a month to month tenant and can vacate any time by giving a 30 day notice. In summary, we are happy to address any work orders once they are submitted. There is nothing more that can be done about the standard living noises while residing in a lower level apartment. The apartment may not be the best fit for her. Other personal attacks will not be addressed.

    My washer started leaking into my wall into my bedroom and floor over a month ago. It took them a month to even start to answer me or fix the issue. The issue is still not fixed and now there is mold and the smell is so bad. They are not answering me and are very unprofessional they had the carpet removed and said they would be back to fix the mold and never came back or answered any text or call or email from me. My bedroom furniture is in my living room and my room has no carpet and they left staples all over that my son now stepped on and they expect me to be able to stay here with two small children with mold and all my things in the living room. They had someone randomly show up to my house without permission or letting me know to take pictures and that had been it. I was told it would take two days. Its been over a month and a week with no carpet and having to have all my things in my living room. This is so unsafe and they do not care. Im not sure who else I can contact

    This issue has been resolved to the tenant's satisfaction.  The leak was fixed and the new carpet and padding has been installed. Many times the fix was delayed due to tenant's unwillingness to cooperate.
