    Few years ago I had a rotor router out to do some work, and I was told that if I get this yearly maintenance done every year of cleaning my pipes, my price would be locked and it never go up and for the first few years that was true but when I had them out a couple months ago, I noticed that the price went up and when I called them and asked about it, they said all maintenance members were under review and the price would be going up so if you have them out there doing some work, and they tell you about locking in a price they are lying I was told the price would stay the same as long as I had this yearly maintenance work done the price never go up so if they tell you the same thing, they are lying because they raise the price They are a dishonest company, and I recommend you do not do business with them

    Good afternoon,
    This response in regards to a claim that we have overcharged our customer and lied about their
    maintenance membership prices:
    Firstly, all of our maintenance forms (which the customer signed in 2018 Attatched) states that
    all cost will be reviewed annually and adjusted if needed. Is also states that a contract can be terminated
    at any time, by either party. We did not raise the cost of this maintenance in 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 or
    2022, the price of this particular membership was $194.00. This is 5 years that we had not raised our
    prices which is a very long time in the service industry with gas cost, material and labor sky rocketing
    after the COVID pandemic. We have however added a $10 gas surcharge to cover the overhead of fuel
    costs that have been soaring. I did try to call this customer back in October when the dispute originally
    happened to let him know that I credited his account the $10 gas surcharge, unfortunately he did not
    answer. I would hate to lose a good customer over such a small amount of money. If there is any other
    way to rectify the situation, please let me know.

    I am rejecting this response because:they are here for 20 to 30 minutes they snake one way and then the other way I pay 194 dollars that more covers the cost of gas and the ten dollars was never put back on my card like I was told if you tell me it will be one price and never go up that’s what I expect
