    I want to complain about how a "manager" handled my informing them about a quality control issue.

    I often order their chicken apple salad. It is delicious and I am not a fan of pizza. I have never had this particular problem before. This time the salad had a number of apple stems in it. I was trying to inform the "manager" of this, and was not expecting a refund or a replacement, which makes how I was treated more puzzling. The manager said this has never happened before, implying I was lying, and was basically saying it was not their problem as they buy the apples already prepared. She was basically saying it was not their problem. She was totally unprofessional about this and clearly had poor customer service training. If she had lied to me and said she would look into it and then did nothing I would have been much happier with that response. Oh yes, she did hang up on me as well. This was after 8pm so not their busy time.

    All I want is an apology and to have the issue looked into.

      This is in response to a complaint about my manager and handling an issue, the lady spoke to my most experienced and customer friendly manager in the company and she politly explained that the apple chips are dried out and not fresh apples and they are prepackaged from a vender. The lady wanted her to reach out to then vender and was simply being unreasonable in all requests. We would be more then willing to appease the situation but a dried stem on a dried apple chip is beyond our control. Im sure my manager was never implying the lady was lying as she's been with the company for 15 years and i feel is the best of the best. My apologizes to the misunderstanding but i don't know where else to go with it. Thank you

    I am rejecting this response because:  I have been getting this salad numerous times and never had apple stems in it before.  The lady was not polite but more like exasperated, strange as I was not asking for a replacement or a refund.  I would like to think Bambino's would like that someone reported this and look into it rather than the way I was treated.
