I bought a 2022 *** **************** from this dealership. I drove 2 hours to **** to test drive the truck, everything was okay until I pulled back into the dealership. I noticed a loud popping noise coming from the front driver side, I informed the sales lady **** what I had heard. She told me the truck was already scheduled to go into the shop to have to the cv boots replaced, so it was more than likely something to do with that. I took her word thinking everything would be inspected and fixed like it should have. After pulling the trigger and buying the truck I noticed the popping noise continued to happen. I called **** back and informed her what was going on. She said she would talk to the mechanic and let me know what he thought, she then called me back and said that it was because it had bigger custom tires and that I was cutting the wheel to hard, and thats what was causing the noise. So I continued driving the truck like I normally was, and the noise continued. I recently dropped the truck off at a licensed 4x4 diesel mechanic shop that specializes working on bigger trucks. They told me that they did a diagnostic on the truck and that everything on the front end of the truck was loose on the lift. It was causing the lower control arm to shift back and causing the loud popping noise. Also causing it to go out of the alignment, which worn the two front tires down so quick. I had the dealership put brand new tires on the truck before I bought it, and within a month the two front tires were completely worn down on the outsides of the tires. The 4x4 mechanic shop that has my truck now gave me a quote of $1,200 to fix the truck, i finally talked to ***** ****** the ** and he said there was nothing they could do about the situation. Very unprofessional, the sales lady **** lied to him and told him she never talked to me a month after the issue continued. He never tried to help with a single ***** with my bill. This was an issue before I even bought the truck.

It all started with a flyer they send in the mail. Took it up for the "great deal" no car featured on flyer on site. Should have left then. Made a deal purchased a vehicle with down pmt. Realized I got taken took vehicle back and they sweetened the deal took that vehicle back and gave new vehicle lower miles less money. Oh but wait let's lye on the application that you gave an extra 1000 down to get you approved on a fixed monthly income. Got a vehicle I can't afford and the ****** harassing me. Plus my credit is going to plunge. Not a business for anyone to go to.

We bought a SUV with cash on 6/19/23 and were told the title would be mailed in a week. After not receiving the title, I contacted Kia of Lima on 7/12/23 and was told the title would be mailed no later than 7/17/23, but we never received it. I contacted Kia of Lima again on 7/25/23 and was told the title would be mailed that day. I don't believe them and still do not have the title to our SUV we bought a month ago.

I was told before driving the hour and forty five minutes there that they were offering "up to" 5k over KBB for trade in value. I was given under. I was also made aware that the car I was interested in was 4k OVER MSRP, which at the time all other Kia dealerships were only 500$ over MSRP. I told the salesman Devin I will not pay 4k over sticker, and his response was "What do you need your payments to be at?" I made him aware My only interest in trading in my car was to have lower payments because of how ahead I was with the equity of my then car. He fenagled his way into getting me to agree based off of just two numbers on a BLANK piece of paper. My trade in value, and my monthly payment. As a first time buyer I did not see the trick being played and fell for it. Devin and his sales/financial team and management had their way on this deal and took full advantage of me. They were so kind to set my up in an 80 month term at a higher interest rate, and also did so without any information of my proof of income (not sure if that was legal..) They will get 30-33k for the trade in (I've researched after the fact), they only gave me 26k for (under KBB.) They also made their 4k over MSRP for the car I traded for. They easily made 8-10 THOUSAND DOLLARS from my Investment in a vehicle from their lot. Im sure Devin got his bonus for the month. I'm unaware of what is legal or not with arbitrary and how much a proprietor is able to profit on a consumer, but this was certainly UNETHICAL and the single worst decision I've ever made financially. Even if you think you know the games played and how to navigate them I highly recommend shopping anywhere but here.
