I couldn't have asked for anything more from an emergency service during a very troubling time. We discovered mold in our home and within 24 hours, ***** was there to begin the necessary tests. He was reliable, informative and completely controlled the situation as fast as humanly possible. I would recommend him to anyone.

09/2024-VERY unprofessional and scammy. I gave him $800 up front before he did anything for mold in my basement. He constantly and continually demanded full payment before the job was done. He was accusatory and flat out lying. I went directly to my bank to prove he was lying about all the payments he receieved from me ($1600 before the job was finished! $1900 total and job is not done). A double payment went through. I have texts to prove what happened. ******* confirmed the double payment. ***** asked me to call him and denied the double payment stating it happens all the time, and he wasn't paid double. I told him to keep it towards the final bill. He demanded coming over a day early while I was at work so he could get in my house without me being home. I let him. Then before getting off work he texts me Payment in full by end of business day today! The job was not completed. I wasn't even home yet. POS to do business with. I had to fire him and told every nurse at work what happened, showed them all my texts, they said DONT ALLOW HIM TO EVER come back into your home again. I asked my brother for help. My brother took over for me and fired him. He then got his wife involved and she began texting me as if she knew the story and clearly she didn't or doesn't mind lying to cover for him, I knew the truth, I was part of the equation. He threatened me to put a lean on my house when he never finished the job and was being paid ahead of schedule. Too much DRAMA for me, please steer clear of this guy if you want HONESTY and integrity, do yourself a favor and hire ****. Now I will have to pay for the same job twice because of a bad recommendation from an acquantance. DO NOT GIVE HIM MONEY UP FRONT LIKE I DID. PUT it all on credit so you have proof. Also, my bank advised to not give him any more cash. He tried to twist the story, the truth always comes out!! I prayed to god and by monday the truth was out. he is a complete liar. VERY BAD BUSINESS. AVOID him at all costs.

Hi ***, I am sorry to see this review. Our company strives to provide the best customer service under any circumstance. However, I recall this situation a bit different than your describing. As I recall your credit card declined the payment you submitted to me. When I called the processor I was told the funds were on hold for a fraud alert. When they resubmitted payment for the original amount it was processed twice however I only received one payment. This all began with a declined ************** of communication on your end. I never "demand" entering someones home while they are not there to complete a job and payment is always due after services are complete. You knew that a head of time as you signed a contract with me. As for my wife, you received the recommendation from her through your employer not an "acqaintnance". You both work independently for the same clinic so there for she did get involved because you "threatened" to tell your employer I scammed you & threatened her employment. There is only three nurses that work at the clinic, one of them being my wife, and non of you work on the same days meaning you didn't "show all the nurses what happened". The employer or any of the employees want nothing to do with this drama that you tried taking *********** were told that. As for your brother, he threatened me several times as well as calling me pretending to be a customer trying to lure me into his basement on top of harassing my wife being extremely vulgar trying to have *** with her. Messages were saved & given to the police. From my understanding, I am not the first contractor you have done this to. It seems to be *************** moto. And from my understanding you are currently trying to find ways to sue ******************* where you are currently working because you are in debt & need to pay your bills verbatim from your mouth. I am sorry this contract ended the way it did. I run a Christian business and I try to help people to the best of my ability. I did try to contact you several time to discuss the situation and give you your warranty but your would not respond.
