    Furnace goes out December 23rd. I called GCHC around 12:30ish and they sent out technician **** *.( He was here within the half hour of calling). He gave me plenty of options including replacement parts for my issue, but with the furnace being 20 years old, we decided to go new. **** put the order in and the 2 man crew showed up next morning on Christmas Eve.(No holiday upcharge fyi) They were professional, efficient, and very polite. They had the new furnace put in,completely done , around 230pm. Wow, they really did save Christmas !! From start to finish, it was top notch service. 5 star experience, could not be happier. .

    Great service furnace went out on Monday and they were able to replace and install the next day even though it was Christmas Eve! Very friendly and dependable! 100% would recommend

    Called at 830pm, two days before Christmas, and *** was at my door within the hour. He looked at the furnace and said it was probably the heat sensor, and sure enough he was right! Being a female, I naturally knew nothing about the heating in my house. I asked *** TONS of questions, and by the time *** left I was able to tease my husband about the fact that I knew more than he did! *** even checked the battery life in my thermostat and suggested that in a couple weeks new batteries should be put in. From now on, if I'm ever asked who to go to for heating/ cooling, I'm saying Glass City! And request ***!

    I had my furnace checked 12/13/2024 for cleaning. Furnace was 20 years old and their technician discovered serious issues. Appointment made to have new furnace and 15 year old hot water heater to be replaced 12/17/2024. The installers were on time explained process and knowledgeably aswered my questions. They professionally installed furnace and hot water heater replaced thermostat and demonstrated use cleaned up any mess from installation. I would recommend Glass City HVAC to anyone requiring their service
