      We paid a lot of interest and penalties because of late filing of sales taxes and payroll withholding documents. The firm was of no help when I couldnt get their associate **** to do the work we hired and paid him to do. Really pathetic.

      When tax forms are timely given to a client, they are responsible to ensure they are filed on time. If we are notified by a client that forms did not reached the destination, we provide another copy for them to send. The client stopped paying our invoices and expected us to continue providing free services,

      I only answered the phone at 9:02am on 9/20/24 because the receptionist was out that day and everyone else was busy. ******** kept insisting that she had spoken to me on the prior Friday, but I insisted that I was not the one she spoke to the week before. I was trying to help her with her questions, but she kept interrupting me. Once I asked her for her phone number so I could research how to check on the state in question, she went off on me and still insisted she had spoken to me the week before.
