    I applied for a loan I was very surprised that I was denied and I was very surprised that they did a hard credit check on me for future reference this doesn't appear to be a pay day loan as advertised it's more of a small loan with a hard credit check and more unattainable requirements for most pay day loan customers. I was very dissatisfied, I have never had any problem with pay day loans at other companies

    I am sorry for the misunderstanding on pulling your credit file with a hard credit check.  Our application does state that we will check your consumer credit report information. 

    The old style payday loan was eliminated in 2019.  When this happened many competitors closed but the few that remained open had to start using your consumer credit report information as part of our evaluation process. By us pulling the entire credit report we get to see how you pay all your debts and not just base it on a score. In your case the reason we were not able to extend you credit was not because of how you paid your overall consumer debts.  It was that with the income statements that you provided and your debt that you are obligated to pay, which includes a few of the former payday lenders, you do not meet our requirements.
