    I never received an email confirmation of an invoice for a deposit for wedding flowers. When I went to find contact info for ****** ****** and her company, I was unable to find a way to contact her. Some links to her website were broken and when I called the number for the company on the bank’s invoice the number was out of service.
    I will be choosing another florist since I cannot trust that she will follow through. This appears to be a scam.

    Wedding dress purchased from Forevermore Bridal in ******, Oh on 1/7/24 for $1,924.55. On this date, the manager told me the dress would be in ********* at the latest. Starting in May, I have been inquiring about the status of the order. Everytime I have asked, I have been told it will be in "soon", "next week", no specific dates. In June, I was informed by the manager that the business had been bought out by a new owner. I was also informed by the manager that the previous owner "messed up" the orders placed in January by myself and several others. I filed a dispute with my credit card for a refund on 8/1/24.After the dispute was filed and Forevermore was notified of the dispute, they informed me the dress was in on Aug 10th. They also informed me their seamstress is on maternity leave and I would have to find a seamstress and have the alterations expedited at my own expense. I purchased a second wedding dress on 8/3/24 from a different bridal shop due to not having information from Forevermore on the whereabouts of the dress I purchased in January, and being 1 month out from my wedding. Currently, they are refusing to refund me
