    Went in Saturday to get slow leak to busy to get me in no problem make appointment for 3:30 Monday go in 3:25 . Said here for 3:30 appointment. He said we will get you out about 5:00. Why make appointments if you're not going to honor them

    I apologize for our delay in response to the abovementioned ID/Case — Belle Tire has acquired Tireman Auto Service Centers and we are currently in a transition process which led to a delay in our team receiving this complaint.
    Our records indicate that Mr. ******** visited our Toledo, Ohio location on May 15th of 2023 to have a tire repaired. The order was written up for service at approximately 3:03 PM EST and completed at 5:11 PM EST. Appointment's at Belle Tire/Tireman are a reservation with your vehicle being the next in an open bay upon your arrival for your scheduled appointment. Due to the unpredictable nature of automotive service, there can be added & unexpected delays which unfortunately can lead to longer bay times and the appointment schedule running behind from time to time. We do our very best to service all of our customers as timely & efficiently as possible and understand Mr. ********'s frustration in having a delay when a pre-scheduled appointment was made. We have shared this concern with our team & continue to develop practices to better serve our customers.
    We appreciate Mr. ********'s business & patience and appreciate this concern being brought to our attention. We look forward to providing future service to Mr. ******** and advise that he contact us at 888-GO-BELLE (Option #2 on the menu) at any time to discuss any concerns he may have.
