Originally brought my Tahoe in on 11/29 with regards to coolant leak, charged $40 after checking and topping off fluids, was told 'fluid from front axel' I continued to see puddles and smell coolant, saw smoke even, returned on 12/16 because of this as well as a fuel leak after further conversation to address. Didn't get it back until 12/30. At that time I dropped off our Saturn which needed some front/rear end work, I reached out on 1/5 to check on status, was told the age of the car and rust made for issues, didn't get the car back until the 9th of January. During this time on 1/7 my Tahoe overheated and spewed coolant, I had it towed because I was afraid to drive it and reached out to let them know. When I returned on 9th for Saturn I left Tahoe to be addressed, on the drive home I lost control of the Saturn and called because it wasn't safe to drive, he came in my Tahoe which he claimed to be fixed to look at the Saturn in the parking lot I pulled over into, said it was a tye rod - 'must of forgot a bolt' he said. I had the Tahoe which continued to smell of coolant and ended up stranding me just south of Cleveland being he told me it was fixed as it lost all coolant again. Took it to ***** **** and $1,695.49 to fix the 'hack job' they said he provided that never fixed my car! As for the Saturn after the tye rod incident, took it for alignment which couldn't be completed because of tye rod issue on opposite side which we asked to be fixed and now it makes a horrible sound in the back end that I don't even have money to see what's wrong at this point being I'm out nearly $5000 in repairs that weren't even repaired as they should have been. I've lost all trust and faith in this shop and we've as a family been customers since I was a child. Super disappointed and frustrated in the loss of time, money and safety on the road after claims of both vehicles being fixed/repaired.
