    12-27-22 paid for service up front
    12-30-22 they came out and said they cleaned ducts.
    01-5-23 they called and said they could be there but it was the same two kids that's lied to my face so I declined there service. Would like my money back or job completed by the company.

    Here is my review below
    Let's start I prepaid a week before service was preformed. So they already got me from the start. Two younger men showed up. They talked like they knew what that was talking about but did not do what they said they was gonna do. They got two vents done in about 5 mins and then when I questioned and watched them it took about 10 to 15 mins a vent. Long story short I left to run to gas station as they was going up stairs in my house. I was gone less than 10 mins. When I got back they was coming down stairs saying they was done. What this company does is get ur money upfront and then they clean when u watch but when u don't they clean what you can see. Guess they thought I was dumb so I check the vents and they did not clean it. Texted one of the owners because a friend from my church referred me to him so I sent him pictures and he said he would get a done right. Scheduled me out another week. I told him I did not want them two same kids in my house. Cause if they will lie to ur face they will steal in my book. Cant trust this company. After they called me today it was same two kids that's all they have working for them. So guess I don't get my service I paid for. Texted owner today he never replied. Stay away from this company they take ur money and don't do the job. In the picture is after they said they was done and they left a mess on my floor.
    Also they never checked or cleaned my dryer vent like they said they would.
    I also told the owner I did not want them two younger guys back at my house and he said no problem. Come to find out that's all they got. Seems to be alot of 5 stars on the business but the thing is they clean the part you can see.

    Essential Air reached out to the customer to satisfy the concerns regarding the cleaning. We visited customers home and successfully took care of his problems. In addition to rectifying the initial complaint, we also repaired and issue that he had with his dryer vent, free of charge. At the end of the service visit, customer was happy with the outcome of the resolution.
