    I contracted JNK Hauling to provide weekly trash removal service. The service was inconsistent at best. They frequently missed the scheduled pick up day. The first week of May they said they would be delaying service for a week while they work on their truck and services would resume the following week. That week they sent out an email informing me they were again running late but if I put my trash out Wednesday it would be removed on Thursday. They missed that day as well and the trash was torn open and spread across the yard. I received another email telling me that they would pick it up on Friday, which they missed again. Again my trash was torn open and I had to pick it up. I tried to contact JNK Friday and thru the weekend but they never answered any attempts. I contracted another provider on Monday and informed them I no longer need their services and would like my remainder of payment for the year, $192.00 JNK will not answer any of my text or email and won't confirm the cancelation of services.
