    As a contractor thought Gigspot, I complete a mystery shopping job for The Elite-CXS Group in Feb 2024 and I have not been paid as promised ($90). Pay statement attached.

    your concerns and frustrations very seriously.


    If you recall, Spot Media LLC / GigSpot operates only as an
    exchange to connect independent contractors with third-party companies so that
    they may establish a business relationship with each other. Accordingly, we do
    not participate in that legal relationship - it exists solely between you and
    the third-party company. As specified in sections 12 and 15 of the GigSpot
    Terms of Use policy, it is noted that no contractual obligations arise from
    Spot Media LLC / GigSpot because of an independent contractor choosing to sign
    a Client Agreement with a third-party company. In this scenario, the services
    performed by an independent contractor for the third-party client company,
    Elite CX Solutions, extend no contractual rights or duties between the
    independent contractor and Spot Media LLC. You can review the Terms of Use at
