I was very happy with the installation done by **** and his crew. I had changed the location of the install, and they were very accommodating getting the job done. They answered all my questions and gave me a ****** on how the generator works. They did an excellent job.

I was quite impressed with the whole team from Mid Ohio Generators. It went smoothly from the original sales call with Matt to the final install with Brandon and the team. Everyone answered my questions and treated me and my home with respect. I especially liked that all this company does is install generators; very streamlined process. Thanks!!Mid-Ohio Generators, LLC

1 starIf you hire Mid-Ohio Generators, as we did on 10/25/22, check their work before they leave. They failed to reconnect wires to power. (Dishwasher, etc. and Hot water tank had to be lit, and they USED my Freezer to CLIMB ON to connect electric.) They Claimed they would make it good and that was in November. After paying them $10,000, we had to go out and purchase another freezer ourselves because Mid-Ohio, who were sent pictures of their employees' damage, made the decision to ignore it. If you hire this company, check for damage before they leave.
