      Storm door installed by this business back in 2006, (by the original owner, ****** ******* who has since sold company). The door developed a few defects. ********** **********/****** (manufacturer of door) was contacted back in October 2023. I have been working with ******, who is aware of issues. He claims door is under warranty, and to have contacted Northcoast Energy and shipped them the replacement storm door. I have been forced to call ****** on a few occasions, as no follow-up has been initiated by Northcoast. "They/*** have your door, we've been told the owner is going to call you today". Those calls have never happened. I have a voice message from ****** dating back to November 15, 2023, with same statement. Northcoast Energy clearly appears to be an unethical business, making claims to another business that they have not kept.

      *** called me on Thursday March 28th asking when I can come do this. I let him know that I would have to schedule him and text him when I get home. I let him know that April 9th-12th would work. We would have to come up with a time. He texted back that he would get me a date soon.

      We purchased windows from Northcoast Energy Masters on 8/26/10 and the company provided a Limited Life Time warranty that states " the hermetic seals of the insulated glass units will be free from defects in manufacturing or materials that result in material obstruction of vision as a consequence of film formation..." Unfortunately these windows have proven to be of extremely poor quality and we had several replaced by Northcoast most recently in 2018. Right now we have several more windows that show defects, and one is almost completely obscured with what appears to be a film of mold inside the insulated glass pane. We have been calling to have the defective windows replaced for almost a year now, including on the following dates: 6/15/22 - talked to an installer - never heard back; 7/15/22 someone said they would call back with status update - never heard back; 9/19/22 talked again with someone who promised to call back, left our cell phone number - no response; 9/20/22 - called again service representative said “no file or orders were found for our account,” so we again submitted all information on which windows need to be replaced. We continued to call the company numerous times without ANY response. A letter was sent to the owner 0n 3/23/23 requesting that the company honor the warranty provided and stand behind the work and the product they installed. NO response of any kind has been received.

      We purchased windows and doors from this company which carry a lifetime warranty on the product and understand that labor would be charged accordingly. One window and one door have moister issues between the glass panes and need to be fixed or replaced. We contacted the company and spoke to the owner *** *****. He confirmed on 04-12-2022 that this is a warranty issue and we would have to pay labor, he said the order file was in hand and he could see what was needed without coming out to remeasure. We agreed. He said the replacements will be ordered and should be ready for install in about 8 weeks. On 6-7-2022 we called to follow up and were advised that the order was never placed but would be. We called again on 8-19-2022 and left a message, no call back. We called again on 9-1-2022 and a woman answered and said *** is not there and would call us back, he never did. I left 2 more messages on 2-16-2023 and again on 3-6-23 (today). still no call back. We have a written warranty and expect *** ***** to honor it, but he won't even return a phone call.

      I purchased windows in 2010. I called in 8/11/2020 regarding some issues. Due to COVID no one would physically come to the house. I became frustrated and let it go until 11/6/22. At my other property I need a window replaced. A rep named **** **** arrived, gave a price for the window and accepted a check for it stating the work should be done about 12/8/22. We then went to my primary property; he gave me a price for the work, I gave him my lifetime limited warranty and he said a rep named *** would be in touch. I never heard from ***. I called the main number listed on 11/17, was told *** would be in touch. Again, called on 11/23, was told *** was out for the holiday. I have also left messages with **** **** the week of 11/14 and again 1214 and 12/15. NO ONE will contact me regarding the warranty work OR the other property, which they accepted money for.
