    The technician was great—diagnosed and confirmed our assessment—a leaky kitchen faucet and hot and cold water valves under sink. He replaced both valves and the faucet fixture (which we had already purchased, anticipating need). 5 stars for work. One star given for the OUTRAGEOUS CHARGE—total 1164 dollars for 80 minutes of work— simple repairs, had we been pulmbers. (740$ for faucet replace, and 320$ each for valves, which he reduced to 424$.) He did give us estimate up front, but since we were already on day 3 of unable to use kitchen sink, and no clue when another plumber might be available, we agreed. Our usual plumber was on vacation, and others didn’t call back as quickly as dooleys to schedule us. But our usual plumber charges usual rates—we would have expected labor around 60–100 per hour plus service call around 75. Lowes charges 175 to install the fixture—to give you a comparison. Our leak is gone, but so is our bank account. This should have been less than 400$ total.

    My elderly parents used this company in the past for septic tank cleaning. They live in the New Carlisle, OH area. Set up an appointment for my parents with Dooley Service Pro at their convenience i.e. when they would be in the area. They gave a window from 11:00 a.m-3:00 p.m. Called the company around 2:30 p.m and was told they took an emergency call ahead of my appointment and never bothered to call to notify of the delay. Receptionist said it would be another hour to hour and a half. Cancelled the service call. Totally unprofessional. Not going to use or recommend this company.
