    Complete Solutions provided me with an estimate for framing and drywall work to cover a vent hose in my garage, estimate was for $591.25 and requested 50% down payment. I paid the $290 down payment on the same day and my check cleared my bank on 28 Nov. No one has come to start the job to date. I was told several times that someone would be at my house the next day to begin the job, still nothing. Now, Complete Solutions will not return my calls.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    The company's response is incomplete and misleading.  The contract required this business install AND paint soffit over exhaust ducting.  The soffit was installed but not painted and the company wanted full payment promising they'd return to complete the painting,  I told them I would not pay for paint until the job was complete, but I did pay for ALL work incurred, including the additional work done outside of the original contract.  The company never showed up to complete so I cancelled the remaining work.  I have subsequently complete the painting and do not require anything further from the business.
