    install date was 4/22. Installer cut it too short.Had to reorder the floor. back 5/16 tons wrinkles and bubbles. Owners came out and agreed it was bad. Had to reorder
    Scheduled for them to finish the baseboards, quarter round and transition pieces on July 9th. Text them on July 7th asking for confirmation that they were coming on the 9th to finish. They responded “will try to find schedule for next couple days to figure will advise.
    Tuesday July 8th text again asking for confirmation on them finishing the floor on the 9th.
    They responded not sure let you know
    On July 10th after not hearing anything all day texted them at 2:46 asking when they would finish the kitchen floor.

    Friday July 11th 11:58am- Tuesday just got schedule figured out
    July 14th 1:53 we text what time will you be here tomorrow
    6:42 he responded not sure wasn’t’ supposed to work now I have to so will advise
    7/15/25 call store and told them I wanted a refund
    Owner called back and said “you’re not getting a refund” also told me he had already lost so much money on this job. Told him not my problem that his crew screwed up the floor twice.
    He said he was not aware the job was not done. He asked if he could call ***** and get him out there. Told him I wanted him there today or my money back. He said he would call back today.
    Text from *****: just talked to **** will be able to do what’s left tomorrow between 2 and 3 PM if OK if not going to have to schedule time other than.
    ******** text back: We told **** we wanted it done today or we wanted a refund.
    3:15 called owner back Told him we wanted a refund and we felt that a third of the bill was acceptable due to the fact that we’ve missed seven days of work.He told me I was not getting $900 back because we’ve already had the floor installed. I told him the total bill was $2921 and that we were requesting a third of it back. said he would look at the invoice and call us back. Today is the 25th and we have not heard a word.
