    We were remodeling our kitchen and hired this business to paint the cabinets, paint our kitchen, dining room, living room and down our hallway as well as the ceilings. We also decided to replace all of the interior doors in our home as well as the baseboard and trim. Our entrance to the dining room and the kitchen had spindles and we also requested those be taken out and they were to plaster and finish out this as well. When the owner met with us, he told us they were perfectionist and professional. He advised that any current holes where pictures had hung, etc. would be fixed prior to painting and that all floors would be covered. I came home to plaster tracked all through my house (mind you we just had these floors all replaced) and water puddles where they had tracked through the snow and just walked through the house. I have 2 rugs at the door that they could have at least wiped their feet. When they did the trim work/baseboard, several corners did not match, some of the baseboard they chipped while installing and in lieu of replacing they put "filler" in and painted over it. They never filled one hole in the wall, the ceilings looked like amateur hour. My husband discussed several times with the owner our concerns and we were assured it would be fixed. They have now completed the job, and our concerns were not fixed, and we will now have to hire someone to come in and fix their mistakes. This was not an inexpensive project, and they were paid in full. We paid for all materials as well including the paint, but they took the left-over paint with them, and we were told they will use at their next job site. There are more concerns about the workmanship, but I don't have enough space. I did not file a complaint because I do not feel they are capable of making this right. Bottom line the owner over sold himself and couldn't live up to what we were promised. I have pictures to prove everything I have stated and more.
