    Our concrete patio around our pool and our front walkway and porch was resurfaced by Fathead flooring and we dealt with the owner personally. He guaranteed the finish he was putting on for at least 10 years. He said it would last a lifetime in fact. During the install he ran out of “flakes” several times and so he did it in parts. Additionally, he had personal issues going on at the time but we were understanding and paid promptly, also reporting issues we saw at the time and a few months later. He promised he would return to fix any and all issues at the end of the pool season. He did not. He then cited personal issues and again promised to come back the following spring. He has missed numerous appointments and has now just stopped replying. We’ve sent details and photos of issues by text and phone message numerous times in the last year. We’ve been kind and respectful but this is completely unacceptable. When we walk on the patio flakes are coming up everywhere on our feet and getting into the pool and some areas are almost down to the original concrete. The coloration is very uneven. This is also happening on our front porch area and walkways in spots. This is a breach of his warranty. We either need him to pay someone else to fix this, or fix it himself.
