Hired them to complete a job and they went above and beyond my expectations. Came in under other company's quotes so i decided to give them a try im glad i did. Very kind and courteous of my neighbors. Communicated thoroughly through out the process. They have a true passion for the craft and made sure everything was perfect before they left. I changed my mind three times and never once did they seem annoyed. I would recommend them highly! Impressed and happy customer.

A complete rip off company. Took my deposit then refused to do the work. Won't give refund. I have 9 properties and have had nearly $100k of work done in 2022. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with and am forced into legal action against them. They don't communicate and when they do they lie. Avoid is my advice.

Hello Gary, We can understand your eagerness to have your project completed as we are just as eager to get the projects completed as well, We did have you coming up on the installation schedule and we were under the impression you no longer wanted to move forward with the installation. As described in our contract we do not offer refunds on deposit which is a industry norm, however we did bring the material at your request. If we misinterpreted your request we apologize for the inconvenience however we were willing to complete the project as discussed. Were in the contracting industry to provide our customers with a credible company who is reliable and transparent. It is always our goal for customer satisfaction we apologize if your experience did not match our intentions. Sincerely, The Midwest Team.

This is absolutely false. I was told work would be started the second week of October on a deposit made in August. When the time came I simply inquired about it. I was told I would be contacted on that coming Friday with a firm schedule date. No contact was made. I told you that on Monday and was ignored, as I had been multiple times before. So on Tuesday I wrote that I would just like to cancel and get a refund. That's when I got a response by phone that they didn't give refunds PLUS the decision had been made by Midwest Fence that THEY no longer wanted to do the job and that they wanted to bring the materials to me so I could have someone else complete the work. I asked when my scheduled work date was and was informed Friday, which would be 3 days later. I asked them why didn't they just tell me that and to go ahead and complete the work. At this point the owner informed me that HE got to choose who he wanted to do business with and it wasn't gonna be me. So I told them to bring materials and asked multiple times when they would arrive, again I was ignored. So I told them if I didn't have the materials by the scheduled work day I would sue. They brought me 3 gates and the hardware to install. I then messaged them that 3 gates do not cost $1100 and I will still file suit. They cannot take my money, choose not to finish the job, which was much bigger than 3 gates, It was work on THREE properties, and keep the balance. This is a designed scam, and I want my money refunded, less the cost of about an $80 gate times 3, or I will take them to court. Their response to my complaint is pure hogwash.

Stay away from them. Awful. Do not let these people in your yard!!! This was the absolute worst experience EVER!!! Gaps, the lack of nails in some pickets and nails being fired in too far because of the children who work there don’t know any better or how to adjust the pressure regulator on a compressor. Yes, children! The owner employs unsupervised and underaged high school students and these kids are operating saws, nail guns etc. which is a HUGE No-No as far as child labor laws, not to mention the liability of one of them getting hurt in your backyard!! On one occasion, one of his employees told me that he was only at my house for about an hour but had to leave because he had football practice! High school football! I have never had an experience where I had to physically go do the contractors job for them. I’m still finding pickets without nails at all and or bent nails. Yes, they just bent the nails over rather than taking them out and trying to reinsert them. I have spent every weekend since August 15th going around fixing this monstrosity! Gaps, gate hardware not bolted in properly, irregularities in post tops. (Meaning, they were just cut off with probably a circular saw and most are splintered and angled any which way). Nothing is straight. NOTHING. The fence has an obvious wave inward on the right side of the yard. This entire project has been nothing short of a clown show. I’d ask that he come fix it, but I’m afraid of what else he would just wing. Please heed my warning and stay away from Midwest Fence in Springfield Ohio. Do not let this man take your money. Use someone who has a reputation of quality and answers your questions. It is so bad that I have had to go behind them to install screws, because of the unevenness. The installed split pickets in some locations when they should have discarded the splitting pickets. They just have no idea what they are doing.
