    Outstanding service and quality. The price was fair and accurate, it wasn’t cheap but cheap was got me into trouble. I tried to save money having a friend do it but the finish work just wasn’t anywhere near good enough. Ken came in and resurrected the project! It looks like brand new perfect construction and Ken is a true craftsman that cares about his work and is an extremely reasonable in pricing.
    I won’t use anyone else for drywall etc from this point.????????

    Pros:
    -Friendly contractors who are very personable and I felt comfortable having them in my home for 3 weeks of work that was done.
    -Great work completed. Everything that they fixed was done well.
    -our 1946 home got a big refresh
    Cons:
    -poor communication. The job ended up being much bigger and ended up costing 2x the quote but we did not know the final cost until payment was due.
    -in the end we are still finding plaster on windows, trim, floors, curtains, furniture and walls. Plaster repair is a very messy process we were not prepared for.
    Overall I would recommend wallcrafters for their craftsmanship and warn future customers to get all their furniture, rugs and curtains out or covered beforehand. Ask for more details, don't assume everything will be told to you up front.

    The painting and plastering were excellent! It is not possible to see where the old work ends and the new work begins.

    Buyer beware. This was one of the worst contractor experiences we have ever had in our lives. Needless to say, we now have cracks in our ceiling that weren’t there before.
    We are going to have the plastering removed and redone. Over $5000 dollars later, I am beyond upset. I wouldn’t call this company back for anything. Just a truly terrible experience.

    Ken got started on our job right away to complete it before Thanksgiving. The job was completed in time and looked amazing! He was very professional and everything was cleaned up properly upon completion. Our plaster had drywall over it, when Ken was done you couldn't tell that the repaired area is only plaster. He knows his craft very well and it shows. Thank you again for a job well done!!

    I'm very happy I contacted Wallcrafters for drywall and painting work in my bathroom and bedroom. They did an excellent job in a timely manner and were prompt and professional. Ken kept me informed of the plan and progress every day until completion of the project. His crew was polite and respectful. I would not hesitate to contract with Wallcrafters in the future.

    Ken and his team did a wonderful job on our project! Ken was able to move a doorway and make it bigger, repair cracks in the plaster and repair ceiling damage and hang new drywall. Ken is a very honest, trustworthy professional who takes great pride in his work. We did have a small snag where an electric line had accidentally been cut, but Ken helped to make it right. Highly recommend!
