      I have to say that I was very satisficed with EZ Drive Automart. My husband worked with the finance company for about a week after submitting his application. We stayed in contact with Max and other employees, who answered every call, every question, and held the vehicle for us for over a week. I feel as if they could have sold the truck multiple times during the week but they did not. The price of the truck matched the KBB Private Party Value almost to the dollar. 5 Stars from us!

      One of the worst establishments I’ve ever encountered, purchased a vehicle for a couple thousand dollars from this location. Not even six miles down the road the motor blew and no longer runs. I’ve tried countless times to get in contact they have ghosted me and left me for dead on every occasion. Max the manager at this location solely cares for money and has zero interest in helping a 20 year old young man who is serving this country and my community to the best of my ability. Once again I would never recommended anyone to purchase a vehicle from this establishment.

      DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM EZ DRIVE AUTOMART. (By Sidney Food Town) Ok I know there is not much I can do at this time. I have exhausted all avenues although waiting for Attorney General to get back to me July 5th after her vacation. I took car in for a complete inspection the tie rods are so bad on the Ford focus that he could pull on them and they would snap, suspension issues wheel bearing/hub issues. Total repairs is 2100.00. I contacted the warranty company ( Wynns Premiere) they sold me and LMAO will NOT cover these issues but will the air compresser. I am just wanting to warn everyone in town to not buy a vehicle here. He is very deceitful and lied to me about the test drive. Within 2 hours of getting the vehicle I tried to get my Pt Cruiser back and break contract. He said bring it in tomorrow and let us look at it. After having a friend who is a mechanic ride with me he said it has a wheel bearing/hub issue do not drive back home on highway. The so called mechanic rode with me and I asked if he hears the noise he said yes sounds like wheel bearing/hub. They "supposedly" ordered the parts said 3-7 days on the 14th it is now the 24th and have not been contacted by Max. Two days after purchasing I went in asked to break contract again and get my vehicle, which he was told has computer issues back. He said you signed "As Is" and i dont even have to fix the wheel bearing/hub. I said well I will see you in court, he said well you said the court word so leave and have a blessed day. So again I know and feel stupid for not taking someone with me but he talked a good game. So I am just here to inform all of Sidney as I have lived here all my life and do not want anyone else getting a bad deal or worse killed in an accident.
