      Yes I ordered a line set that couldn’t be installed because it was the wrong one , have your sales people understand what they are telling customers , now I have to sell it on eBay . They won’t back up their products nor do you get what you ask for. I’d suggest going direct to the manufacturer every time

      We absolutely back up our products and pride our agents for being knowledgeable even without being qualified installers. We do not see any record of our team providing incorrect information, however, we do show contact on 5/15 in which we were advised that the wrong lineset was ordered and a return requested. While we allow returns for up to 30 days from delivery, we could not take the unit back and we are sure the agent was just trying to provide an out of the box resolution suggesting to sell it on eBay since the return was out of policy.

      I bought a part for a Navien combi boiler from them which one plumber said I needed. Turned out, we didn’t. The day the plumber installed the unit turned out to be exactly 30 days from date of delivery. I didn’t realize that until I looked up their return policy that evening. I emailed the company that evening, so within 30 days, and the next day ( the 31st day from delivery) heard back that unfortunately it was out of the 30 day window. I’ve asked them nicely several times to make an exception since technically all the website says is within 30 days. It wasn’t opened and is all in orginal packaging. Nancy in customer service finally came back and said ‘the warehouse’ said I could return it for a 75% restocking fee and no free shipping since outside of the window. Needless to say, will not be ordering from them again.

      I can only speak on their "shipping policy" and "customer service" with my recent purchase of an GE 14,000 BTU Through-the-Wall Air Conditioner with Heat Pump, it pretty much stinks. Received the item, opened the box, had it installed, and it did not work. When I called to tell them they said there was nothing they could do, I had to deal directly with the manufacturer. Not sure how many people can tell from the outside of a box that an item is not working but if you've got that kind of gift then go ahead and order from these guys! They would not even help me figure out who to call. REALLY??!! The item is no inexpensive item either. IF, they had sent me a link to write a review on their own website which is a closed "customer only site" I would have written the same thing but they are apparently afraid of these reviews.
