      Watkins is the epitome of professionalism. The quality of their work was exceptional. There were several instances during install and routine maintenance that they could have taken shortcuts to save time/money, but they never did. Most recently I expected to be charged extra for the work that was required, but they covered the cost of the repair. I will never use anyone but Watkins.

      Watkins heating and air in Springboro location. Tim tech was in our home troubleshooting the ac system. He provided us with a large quote. We told him we would think about it. He left and my heater was turned off. So I went to turn it on and it wasn’t working. They came back out the next day same tech Tim. We asked them to replace the nest because we thought it was broken. They begrudgingly agreed after some back and forth between manager. They obviously seen what we seen it looked like a crack on the screen. Come to find out that crack/line is intentional. It’s the sensor for the nest. Then Tim/tech asked me where are we moving to (for sale sign out in front). I thought to myself why is he asking that. My husband called him to apologize over the whole broken nest thing and he asked my husband where are you moving to. Hubby asked why do you want to know. Tim/tech said so we no longer do business with you. So he was asking us that so they could black list from doing business with them. NOT TO WORRY THERE. WE WILL NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. After hubby talked to manager they did agree to refund us all our monies. . I’m glad I didn’t tell them where we’re really moving to. Very scary situation for sure. I’m still shaking.
