      I called Pro Automotive on Monday May 6th and subsequently took my car to their shop at 0830 on Wednesday May 8th. After a few hours I was told that my AC lines from the front of the car to the rear had a leak. I was presented with 3 options:
      a. order factory replacement for the entire AC line system costing $2500
      b. cut into and replace leaking AC line section costing $800
      c. cut and cap-off the portion of AC lines that go to the rear of car, rendering rear of car without AC costing $200.

      After choosing option B, I was told the correct fittings would arrive the next morning. My car stayed at Pro-Automotive over night.

      At 3:05 pm the following day, Thursday May 9th, I got a phone call from Pro-Automotive stating that my car was finished. At this time the gentleman working the counter informed me that they did not complete the work that was described. I was told that I now need to do the complete line overhaul, in addition to the option b fix that they already completed. I was confused and it did not make sense to me. I asked what work was actually done and why is this different than before. I did not get a clear response, the gentleman stated that I would need to do the full repair at a later date, and that rear AC would get kind of cold but not completely cold and that I should not worry about freon leaking anytime soon. I asked for the total and it changed from $800 to "$500 with your military discount".

      A 38% discount that was never discussed previously? Clearly they feel some responsibility but not addressing their fault and fixing the issue is unethical. I have the same problem now that I did before trusting them and spending over $500.
