    For our wedding, we booked a bus for transportation for the wedding party and after hours transportation for our guests. The bus was 20 minutes late with no warning call. When we called they said they were late because they had to switch to a bus with working air conditioning. When the bus arrived it also did not have AC. We have tried contacting multiple times with 2 voice messages left for a return call. They refuse to be a proper business and not only own up to the stress they caused on our wedding day but also make it right since they did not honor their part of the contract. Wed like a return call and refund for being late and not having air conditioning which we paid for.
